The Arlington Hotel can be booked for one entire group for New Year 2013/2014. Please contact us to discuss your group’s requirements. For individual bookings we can offer our New Year package at our sister hotel, the Whitehall Hotel.
The Whitehall New Year package offers the perfect combination of a real party atmosphere in relaxing, comfortable surroundings. The highlights of the three night New Year package at the Whitehall Hotel are:

- Dinner, bed and breakfast each day

On New Years Eve we have a cabaret followed by music for dancing until late. We also have entertainment after dinner on New Years Day.

Celebrate the new year at The Whitehall Hotel
Our New Year package is based on a three night stay starting on 30th December.
30th December
Relax and settle in when you arrive at the hotel. This is the perfect opportunity for you to recover from Christmas before the excitement of New Years Eve. If you have time when you arrive in Bournemouth you could take a walk along the seafront or go to the Pavilion Theatre to see the pantomime. You may even be feeling brave enough for some retail therapy at the January sales. Everything is close at hand from the hotel’s central location. In the evening we offer an excellent three course dinner followed by coffee. There are choices for each course including fish and vegetarian options.
After dinner you can spend the evening relaxing in one of the lounges or the bar – a chance for a game of cards or a chat with your friends.
New Year’s Eve – 31st December
Enjoy a traditional English breakfast and then take a walk along the seafront or visit the Russell Cotes museum and art gallery. The bar is open at lunchtime with hot and cold bar lunches available to order. Afternoon tea and cakes will be served in the lounges then you will have time to take it easy before getting ready for the evening’s festivities. We don’t insist on a formal dress code. However, it is a chance to dress to impress! Dinner suits always make the gentlemen look handsome and most ladies welcome the opportunity to put on some glamour – but it is your choice!
The highlight of your stay is our superb celebration gala evening which will commence with a drinks reception followed by a sumptuous four course dinner with coffee. After dinner we will enjoy cabaret entertainment followed by dancing ’til late with a celebration glass of bubbly and Auld Lang Syne at midnight to welcome the New Year.
New Year’s Day – 1st January
Happy New Year! Start the New Year with our Bucks Fizz Brunch – with a slightly later start to give you the
chance to recover from the night before!
Relax during the day and enjoy the facilities offered by our great location in the centre of Bournemouth. Visit the classic cars on display at the Pier Approach then return to the hotel for afternoon tea and cakes. In the evening enjoy another excellent three course dinner with coffee followed by an evening of entertainment with music, dancing and plenty of laughs.
2nd January
Make the most of a hearty English breakfast then it will be time to say goodbye. We hope that you will have
enjoyed this New Year celebration.
How to Book
The price of the 2013/2014 three night New Year package at the Whitehall Hotel is £299.00 per person.
To make a reservation call the Whitehall Hotel on 01202 554682. To confirm your booking we request a nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the cost of the stay.
We will send you an invoice for the final balance which is due for payment on 1st December. In the event that you have to cancel your booking a cancellation charge will apply as follows:

We strongly recommend that you have insurance to protect you in the event of unforeseen cancellation. We can supply details of insurance which may be appropriate.
