Prices & How to Book

Here is an idea of the prices based on the suggested itinerary for a group of 10-20 people:

Monday 19 March 2012 to Friday 23 March 2012

The price is: £282.00 per person. This price includes:

• All meals: Breakfast, a light lunch, morning coffee, afternoon tea and dinner
• A drinks reception on the first evening
• Workshops led by an expert tutor for two full days and one half day
• All necessary equipment for the workshops
• A guided tour of the Russell Cotes Art Gallery & Museum
• After-dinner creative activities on two evenings
• A comfortable bedroom with en-suite facilities.

Friday 23 March 2012 to Monday 26 March 2012

The price is: £220.00 per person. This price includes:

• All meals: Breakfast, a light lunch, morning coffee, afternoon tea and dinner
• A pre-dinner drinks reception on the first evening
• Workshops led by an expert tutor for two full days
• All necessary equipment for the workshops
• A comfortable bedroom with en-suite facilities.

The only additional cost will be the transport to and from Bournemouth and any incidentals such as drinks from the bar or newspapers.

How to Book

If you are a member of a group, a club or organisation and you are interested in organising a Bournemouth Creative Break this is how it works:

1. Have a look at our courses and decide which you prefer for your group holiday. The current choice of courses for 2012 is:
• Life Drawing
• Art for All
• Music Making
• Let’s Get Creative
• Creativity in Business
2. Discuss this proposal with your colleagues (at your club or organisation) and get an idea of the details for your group holiday in particular:
• The number of people in your party (minimum 10)
• Your preferred dates e.g. March 2012
• The number of nights (2, 3 or 4 nights)
3. Make contact with us and then we will confirm the dates, the detailed itinerary for the holiday and the final per person price.
4. In order to confirm the booking we request a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person. You can make alterations to the booking arrangements (including changing the names and number of people attending) up to one month prior to the start of the holiday.
5. One month before the start of the holiday we will send you an invoice for the final balance for payment two weeks before the arrival date.

If you are not a group organiser but you are interested in participating in a Bournemouth Creative Break as an individual attendee then please do get in touch. We’d be delighted to welcome you to join one of our breaks and we will get back to you with available courses and dates.

Further information

Accommodation

You will be staying at the Arlington Hotel in Bournemouth. The hotel has 28 bedrooms including a number of single bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom facilities. The rooms are basic, well-equipped and fastidiously clean. There is no supplement for the single bedrooms. There is a supplement for single occupancy of a double or twin bedded room.

We can accommodate groups from 10 to 40 people.

Transport & Parking

We can help with organising transport e.g. a coach, mini-coach or public transport. If you decide to use public transport taxis can be arranged to and from the coach or train station (1-2 miles from the hotel). The cost of the transport will be an additional item.

Car parking is available at the hotel.
